Reign Church is led by Pastor Joel and Sarah Johnson. They transitioned as Lead Pastors in 2022, as the Founding Pastors, Glen, and Theresa Johnson retired.

Joel and Sarah’s vision is that Clark, Cowlitz, and Multnomah County comes to know the Lord and for Reign Church to make Him known! They stand firmly on the promise of Romans 5:17 that we “..reign in life through the one man, Jesus Christ!” This scripture is the cornerstone of our church culture, seeping into everything we put our hand to.
